FAQ
Questions from the tavern
What is Voxland?
A fantasy MMORPG drawn from Greek myth, set in a world of blocks that shattered into floating isles. You start as a Novice in Ithaca, choose a class, hunt monsters, brave the Labyrinth, team up with other players and build in the Hesperides.
Do I need to download anything?
Nope. Voxland runs right in your web browser.
When can I play?
Voxland is still being built. The first voyage will be small, around 20 adventurers at a time, and it will be announced here on voxland.lol first.
Which classes can I play?
Swordsman, Mage, Archer, and Acolyte are the first four paths, and more will follow as the world grows.
Can I build anywhere?
Only where the horos stones hold the land firm, out in the Hesperides. That keeps Ithaca, the hunting grounds and the Labyrinth safe from tunnels and walls, so they stay fair for everyone.
Can people cheat?
Not easily. The world itself decides every hit, drop and trade, not players' computers.
Will my hero be saved?
Always. Your levels, gear, quests and coin are saved, even if you disconnect.
Will there be guild wars?
They're on the road ahead, once the first chapter is on solid ground.
