Terms of play

Voxland is in alpha: still being built, and offered as it is. The world, its balance and anything in it may change. The game may be down for a while, and in rare cases heroes, items or land may be reset. We try hard not to, and we'll say so ahead of time when we can. We make no promise that the game will always be available or free of bugs.

• You must be 13 or older to make an account.
• Keep your sign-in safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account, so use a strong password, and turn on two-step sign-in or a passkey on your account page.
• One person per account. Don't sell, share or trade accounts.
• Account and hero names mustn't be hateful, sexual or impersonate someone else, including the Voxland team.

• No cheating: no modified clients, bots, macros that play for you, or tools that read the game for you.
• No exploiting bugs. If you find one that gives an edge, such as duplicating items or zeny, tell us at hello@voxland.lol instead of using it.
• No harassment, hate, threats or spam, in chat, in letters, in names or in what you build.
• No attacks on the game or the people who run it, and no trying to get into other players' accounts.

We may warn, mute, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, and undo what was gained by breaking them.

Zeny, items, pets, castles and everything else in the game exist only in the game. They have no value in real money, can't be redeemed, and aren't yours to sell for real money. Trade them in the game as much as you like.

What you write and build in Voxland (names, chat, letters, stall signs, what you build on your land) stays yours. You let us store it, show it to other players and keep running the game with it in it. Don't put anything there you don't have the right to.

As far as the law allows, Voxland is provided without warranties, and we aren't liable for lost progress, lost items or any indirect loss from playing or not being able to play. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

We may update these terms as the game grows. We'll change the date above, and say so in the game when a change matters. Questions go to hello@voxland.lol.
